Le Capellain offers you a traditional cuisine using regional produce

Our restaurant, Le Capellain, offers you a traditional cuisine using regional produce including charcuterie and Auvergne AOC cheeses. We offer you house-cooked meals (“fait maison”) apart from the cured meats supplied by Bruhnes at Laroquebrou, the cheeses selected by Bonal at Aurillac and the “Glace des Alpes” ice-cream and sorbets.

We offer takeaway meals every lunchtime and evening by ordering the day before by telephone on 04 71 46 31 57, mail info@hoteldulac-cantal.com or via the facebook page ‘Hotel du lac Capellain’. The dishes change regularly with prices of 12 euros for a fillet of sea bass up to 17 euros for sweetbreads flambéed with cognac and 5 euros per dessert.
