Our restaurant, Le Capellain, offers you a traditional cuisine using regional produce including charcuterie and Auvergne AOC cheeses. We offer you house-cooked meals ("fait maison") apart from the cured meats supplied by Bruhnes at Laroquebrou, the cheeses selected by Bonal at Aurillac and the "Glace des Alpes" ice-cream and sorbets. The menu is offered for Lunch on Sundays and Public holidays and every evening. Seasonal suggestions are offered for weekday lunches.
